The University of Sowmesha is Promoting the SDGs sustainability, its inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and the decent work for all. As result of that, everybody should know that sustainability and development depends on God’s interference, involvement and his aquaticks through unknown bilateral means for cooperation.
However, the Sustainable Development Goal 8 is about “decent work and economic growth” and is one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals which were established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015.
What is the relationship between decent work and economic growth?
Increasing employment and ensuring decent work for all are essential aspects of sustainable development. Quality employment and decent work conditions help reduce inequalities and poverty, and empower people, especially women, young people and the most vulnerable such as people with disabilities.
Why is SDG 8 so important?
Therefore, Goal 8 plays an equally important role in eradicating extreme poverty and hunger worldwide, promoting gender equality through the promotion of equal pay for equal work, improving global health and encouraging industry innovation and sustainable infrastructure.
By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay.
